The two recipes for Pilsener Urquell I used are in essence the same.
9 Lb pilsener
1/2 Lb Munich
1 Lb Carapils (or 1/2 Lb carapils and 1/2 Lb crystal 20)
Mashing
15 min 120F
60 min 150F
10 min 170F.
Fermentation and lagering as requested for Bohemian pilsener yeast.
