build a cold room vs. getting a stainless steel conical fermetner

I am an extract brewer at this time. I have done approx. 6 batches and every one has come out great! I am slowly collecting info and equipment to build my own All Grain Brew System. I would like to pole the board on which should be done first before the All Grain system...Build a cold room/warm room for fementing and storage or spend the $$ on a stainless steel conical fermenter??
