Re: Kegging - reapplying the pressure?

This is my first attempt to force carbonate. I've held the pressure at 20 PSI for several days at 56° F and I have virtually nothing but foam. What am I doing wrong? I romoved the CO2 and relieved the pressure from the keg and it is ok but now what do I do?

Papazain (spelled wrong, i'm sure) The Homebrewer's Companion lists lots (and gives recipes for a few) of fermented beverages from around the world and although I'm pretty sure what you are looking for is not in there, it would give a good foundation for creating your own recipe.
