Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.077 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 7.3% v/v (5.8% w/w)
Water: Used bottled spring water.
Grain: 1.50 lb. German Munich
10 oz. American crystal 20L
10 oz. American crystal 60L
10 oz. American crystal 90L
1.00 lb. British chocolate
12 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
Put grains in 150 deg water and held for 30 min. Strained out with kitchen strainer. No sprage water.
Boil: 60min minutes SG 1.141 3.0 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Malto-Dextrin
Added malt extracts, malto - dextrin, and Northern brewer hops when wort began to boil.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 London Ale


Log: Fermented at 72 deg for 1 week. racked to secondary for another week.
Primed and bottled.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
