50 gr. Chili pepper (fresh, pre-frozen, no seeds) at 15 min.
Hops: 35g Cascade (7.8% AA, 60 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (5.4% AA, 15 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: dry yeast - S-33
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 167g for 20 liters @ 27°C
