Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.051 12.5 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Willamette (4.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.9% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (4.9% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (4.9% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: 1056 from the Turtle
Log: Ferment at 66°.
Carbonation: Kegged beer. 25psi for about 45 hours. Tapped 6.9.02
Tasting: Came out very clean and lots of body.
This is the one I have been working on
for the last three years. I have finally
made it.
