Water: 3 tablespoons of gypsum
Grain: 3.5kg American 2-row
250g Belgian Special B
500g British Carastan
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash at 66c. Mash out 77c.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.080 6 gallons
2.75kg Light malt extract
Hops: 1.25 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 40 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 40 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
Log: primary at 21c. secondary at 18c for 2 months.
