Boiled ~40 min before first hop addition
Yeast nutrient at 10
Maple at 2 after last hop charge
Hops: .75 oz. Northern Brewer (10% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (8% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (8% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Wort aerated ~15min

Carbonation: Maple syrup for priming sugar; med-low carbonation
