Trinity Twilight Stout
Holy hophead batman! Somehow the NCJHB I modified here didn't quite
prepare me for 59 IBU's, but what they hey! It's good stuff served
moderately warm (50+ degrees)...if you're into hops. hehe.
Definitely ages well. Very sharp after a week or two in the bottle,
but very good after a month or two. I've found I like it best if I
roll the bottle as I would with a hefeweizen before I pour.

Tasting: | As above, very sharply bitter at first, but ages marvelously. I like to roll or shake the bottle before I pour, seems to improve the head and I like the the yeastiness. |
