Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.3% v/v (3.4% w/w)
Water: 1.25 tsp Calcuium Carbonate
0.25 tsp. Gypsum
0.125 tsp Non-Iodized salt
1.00 tsp CaCl
Grain: 4 oz. British pale
8 oz. Flaked oats
8 oz. Rolled oats
4 oz. British chocolate
2 oz. British black patent
4 oz. American crystal 60L
Steep: Mini-Mash
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.173 1 gallons
4 lb. Dark malt extract
Hops: 3 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Burton propogated from previous Porter batch.
Use 1 liter of slurry.
Carbonation: Forced CO2
Then serve on Nitro
