Lost Thumb Oatmeal Stout

I am making this recipe following the inadvertent severing of my left thumb tip. I had a disasterous run-in with one of my sharpest kitchen knives. I'll be fine, but I needed a new and catchy (albeit gruesome) name for my latest beer.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
170 HCU
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Filtered
Grain: 8 lb. British pale
1 lb. American crystal 90L
1 lb. British chocolate
.5 lb. British black patent
2 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash at 155° for 60-90 min. Sparge with 170° water to collect 6-6.5 gallons for boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 6 gallons
Irish Moss 15 min from end.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Any general ale yeast will do, although English varieties are prefered.
Log: Looked like 30-weight motor oil coming out of the boil. Good taste from the malt and hops.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
