vanilla milk stout

Yet to be brewed.
Plan on adding .5 oz lactose, and 2 vanilla beans to boil.
and use European ale yeast 1338.
Any advise or input welcome.

4 oz. Roasted barley
4 oz. Flaked barley
Boil: minutes SG 1.132 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (6.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (6.4% AA, 15 min.)
