Celebration 3
Although this isn't a true IPA, since it is a clone of Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, it is very hopped up! This is a wonderful, complex, very hoppy red ale. I can't get enough of this beer!!!

Although I used 5.0 ounces of corn sugar, only because they came that way, you could probably cut this down to get into the IPA range. | ||||||||
Tasting: | Wonderful full flavor with slight caramel flavor, I think from the 5 minute boil of the grains. Very hoppy, wonderful taste!!! |
