Log: | Dry hopped with 1 oz Cascade. Had a very high OG (1.090) and just kept fermenting. Sat in carboys for 41 days and was still fermenting (we couldn't wait any longer). |

Tasting: | The beer is 10.2% and you can hardly taste it. The strong malty flavor hides the alcohol. Would add more hops next time!! |
