Single infusion mash at 151F for 1 hour. Step up to 170F for mashout. |

Rehydrated irish moss 10 minutes before flameout. | ||||||||
Hops: | 4 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Saaz (aroma) |
