Single infusion, 153°F for 60 minutes (1.3 quarts per lb). Pull 1 gallon decoction, add to 1 gallon boiling water, bring to boil and reintroduce to mash to mash out at 165°F. Continuous sparge with 175°F water to collect 7.5 gallons in brewpot. | ||||||||
