protein rest 130 for twenty minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6.25 gallons
Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast britt 2
Log: Used magnum for bittering, but did not have the selection. Similar to nugget in alpha acids.
