Hops: .25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.6% AA, 60 min.)
1.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.6% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.6% AA, 5 min.)
1.0 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 810 San Francisco Lager Yeast
Log: Primary fermentation at 63 Rack to secondary and dry hop with 1 oz. Northern Brewer for 8 days.
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.07 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 72°F
