Yeast: | Use WL or Wyeast Califorina and at least 500 ml starter. Areate wort well before pitching at 72ºF. | |||||||
Log: | Ferment at 67º for 5 days then rack to secondary. Ferment in secondary for 10 to 12 days before bottling. Gelatin may be added last two days in the secondary. | |||||||
