Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: Used Distilled Water and added 2 tsp of Gypsum Salt.
Grain: .5 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. British crystal 50-60L
1 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Add grains at 160* - Rest to 154* & hold for 20 mins - heat back up to 160* - Remove grain.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Added 1 tsp Irish Moss in last 15mins of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Ale Yeast
