Triple decoction mash. Dough in at 127° with rests at 155° and 167°. Sparge with 190° water. |

Boil: | 45 minutes | SG 1.050 | 6.0 gallons | |||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | White Labs Hefeweizen Ale (WLP300) pitched at double the recomended rate |

Bottle conditioned two weeks. | ||||||||
Tasting: | WOW! This has become my most popular beer. It has a nice light flavor with the traditional banana and clove expected of a Bavarian wheat beer. |
