Water: Used Filtered Tap Water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 2.00 gallons
6.00 lb. Liquid Wheat extract
added Irish Moss during the last 10 minutes
Hops: 1.00 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Vanguard (aroma)
Yeast: Dry Yeast SafeAle US-05
Log: Added 4 lbs of frozen rasberries after 1 week of fermentation. Also transfered to 2nd fermentator.
Tasting: Tastes sweet. I would use 3lbs of rasberries next time.
