Light ale if you cant lager.
It still helps to brew in winter though leaving the thermostat at 65f or so.

Yeast: | WLP 007 just because it sounds cool. Oh yeah it attenuates and flocculates well too. |

Log: | Primary for 7 days Secondary for 7 more days Bottle and condition warm for 7 days, then age as cool as you can for a month. It really is nice, but next time I want to add some specialty grains. |
