Hops: | 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | Wyeast British Ale (# 1335) | |||||||
Log: | Ferment 16 days at room temp. Rack to secondary after 10 days. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Added 3/4 cup of corn sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Good malty flavor with very low bitterness. Very clean and smooth flavor with dry finish. |
