| Tasting: | I brew this in mid July so it will be ready by mid Nov. usuly I make a ten gal. batch my og is 1.134 and fg is 1.031 If you brew all grain substitute 22.25 lbs of pilsner malt (2 row) for the extract mash @150 for 90 min use 25% less bittering hops and boil for 90 min the all grain version will have a slightly lighter color enjoy | |||||||
