| Added 2/3 of liquid extract and brought 4 gallons of wort to a boil. Added 2.5 oz of choc. and 8oz of brown sugar. Stir hard because choc. burns easy on bottom of kettle. 1 teaspoon of irish moss w/ 15 minutes left in boil. | ||||||||
