| Log: | Primary fermentation for 2 weeks at 70°. Steamed a cup of oak chips for 15 minutes then added to secondary. Also steamed 1 oz. of Kent Goldings for 5 minutes and dry hopped to secondary. Secondary fermentation for 3.5 weeks. | |||||||
| Carbonation: | Added 3/4 cup of priming sugar. | |||||||
