.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: Smack pack 3056
Tasting: AP-Black dark, little to no head. AR-dark smokey-coffee notes. T-smooth, coffee notes. MT-spice to the sides of the mouth. F- clean taste, no bitterness.
