Drunkel Very Much

With the recent renovation/destruction of my fridge, this is our first lager. This is an original recipe... so watch the comments.

Beer: Drunkel Very Much Style: Munich Dunkel
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
62 HCU (~25 SRM)
Bitterness: 40 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
8 oz. American chocolate
Steep: Steep @ 155 degrees for 20 minutes. Removed without sparging.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 5 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Added 1 tsp. in last 15 minutes.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Pilsen Lager Yeast (#2007)
Log: Primary ferment for 21 days at 52-55 degrees. Rack to secondary and lower temperature to 35 for 21 more days. Then bottle.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.22 oz. for 4.8 gallons @ 68°F
