My first Hefe. Keg half and bottle the other half for sharing.

| Hops were added in a muslin bag; boiled for 45 min. | ||||||||

| Log: | Brewed on Oct. 17. After the boil I cooled off in the sink with constant running water. Dumped into the fermentor and added water up to 22 liters. Added the yeast and within a day the krausen plugged up my airlock. The plan: 1 week primary 1 week secondary keg half and bottle the other half Condition for 2 weeks |
