1.6 oz. US biscuit
1.6 oz. British crystal 60L
Steep: Grains > 1 gallon water, 20 min cold > 132°F, pause for 25 min,
heat > 150°F, hold for 35 min, heat to 168°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 2.5 gallons
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1/4 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 min remaining
Hops: 0.4 oz. Centennial (9% AA, 60 min.)
0.4 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S05 - 1/2 packet
Log: First batch: brewed 2013/02/02, 70F pri, 02/05 secondary
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 1.74 oz. for 2.0 gallons @ 68°F
