Yeast: | Cooper's Ale Yeast, harvest from a six-pack or buy. This yeast is a beast, if you're wondering at the FG - I've just had an IPA get to 1.016 from an OG of 1.067 with it.
Log: | 21-24 deg C, although the Cooper's yeast will still perform happily up to 26, which is great when brewing in summer.
Carbonation: | I'm lazy, 2x carbonation drops / 740ml |
