Log: | After boil the wort was cooled to 75° with 3 gallons of slighty frozen distilled water. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Add 94.4 grams of corn sugar @ 64°. | |||||||
Tasting: | Initial taste test during bottling (prior to carbonation) is VERY promising. Smooth, malty and very softly hopped. Next time will dry hop during secondary ferment to increase bitterness, however this ale is great just the way it is. |
