Mash: 70% efficiency
Single Infusion method, rest at 149 ° F for 75 min. Sparged with 170 ° f water for 45min.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.052 13 gallons
8 oz. Brown sugar
Molassas lat 30 min
Irish moss last 15 min
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (7.7% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Califonia Ale Yeast, pitchabel tube, made 700ml starter with 1/2 cup light DME
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.09 oz. for 5 gallons @ 69°F
Tasting: Look out Bass!
