This is a slightly modified version of a recipe that I got off of a
White Labs brochure. It makes a very good English style Pale Ale.

1/4 tsp. Irish Moss (15 minutes) 1/4 tsp. Yeast Nutrtient (15 minutes) |

Hops: | 2 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.6% AA, 20 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma) |
