Boil:	minutes	SG 1.111	9 liters
	200g Honey 2kg 800g Light malt extract
Hops:	30g Cascade (7.8% AA, 60 min.) 30g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast:	S-04
Carbonation:	2.3 volumes	Corn Sugar: 104g for 18 liters @ 20°C
