Yeast: | Use three vials of WLP099 Super High Gravity Yeast, pitch one for each batch. Aerate for 1o minutes with oxygen. Add 3 crushed BEANO tablets when pitching yeast for each batch (total of 9). |

Log: | Graduated fermentation: Divide extract and hops into thirds. Make three 1 gallon worts on three consecutive weekends. Include biscuit malt in first batch. Use BEANO in each batch. |
