Steep: | Put grains in cold water. Brought temp up to almost 160°F. Steeped 50 minutes. Sparged with 1 gallon of 170°F water. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.065 | 6 gallons | |||||

Irish moss at 20 minutes left in boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma) |

Yeast: | 1 vial White Labe Dry English Ale pitchable yeast (#WLP007). Also through in 1 "expired" vial White Labs Burton Ale pitchable yeast (#WLP023) just to get rid of it. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Bottled with 5 oz. Corn Sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Won't know until at least sometime in September. |
