Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp gypsum
Grain: 8 oz. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Add grain bag to cold water, bring to boil, and turn off heat.
Remove grain bag at the boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.109 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 10 min.)
.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: M&F dry ale yeast - 2 packages
Carbonation: 2/3 cup corn sugar
