Step- Mash for alc./slow ramp between 140F and 150F
122F 30 mins.
140F ramp
150F 20 mins.
154F 20 mins.
156F 10 mins.
170F 5 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 4 gallons
4 oz. Demerara sugar
Yeast nutrients-pinch
Hops: .5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Slurry pre. batch

Secondary for 8 to 12 weeks or more
The last week or so dry hop with .25 oz Kent Goldings (10 days then bottle)
Carbonation: Prime with demerara sugar;1/2 tsp per 12 oz.
Let condition at 65-70F 8 weeks or more before trying.
