Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp. Gypsum
Grain: 8 lb. 6 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. American crystal 90L
1 lb. 8 oz. American chocolate
1.3 oz. American black patent
2.5 oz. Smoked Peat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Single temp infusion @ 154ºF for 75 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6.50 gallons
Irish Moss
Hops: 1.35 oz. Willamette (5.1% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5.1% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast British - 750 ml starter
Log: Ferment @ 67ºF for 12 days.
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.93 oz. for 5.00 gallons @ 70°F
Tasting: Haven't tasted it yet, but I will update ASAP.
UPDATE: I have tasted it and WOW! I love this stuff!
