Steep: | Steeped grains at 155°F for 1 hour. Added extract and brought to boil | |||||||

6 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Light dry malt extract |

Added Irish Moss and Yeast neutrient at 15 min left on boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Saaz (3.5% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.9% AA, 45 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 30 min.) |
