Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. British crystal (145 L.)
8 oz. American black patent (525 L.)
4 oz. Light Roasted barley (300 L.)
Steep: Put Grains into a muslin or grain bag and let steep at 160 degrees F.
for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.108 3 gallons
6 lb. British Amber malt extract
2 lb. Fireweed Honey
Hops: 2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (6.1% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1335 (British Ale II)w/2 pint starter
