Mash: | 70% efficiency | |||||||
Will mash at 153° F for 90 minutes, RIMS system will recirculate continuously for final 75 minutes of the mash. Raise temperature to 168° F for 10 minutes to mashout, and sparge will take about 45 minutes. |

Tasting: | Surprisingly smooth when I kegged. This batch is going to be one of my best. Plan to let it age 2 months before I tap into it. |
