Listing to Porter
This is the third attempt at a really rich, creamy, dark porter. This
beer is very smooth and mellow, and shows that roasted barley should be
left to the stouts.

Mash in at 156F. Hold for 60 minutes. Liquid decoct 4 litres and boil, add back to the mash to hit mash-out of 168F. |
