Water: Added 4l of mineral waters to end up with 22.0 liters.
Grain: 5 lb. British pale (maris otter english muntons 2 row)
9 lb. Belgian biscuit
Mash: 70% efficiency
30 min at 36C
30 min at 51C
60 min at 69C
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.070 19 liters
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 120 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 120 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1098 Brit Ale
Log: Boiled in 4l to syrup and did a slight caramelization of it.
Added ~30 spearmint leaves and ~10g of liccorice to boil.
