Log: | Fermented two weeks, bottle-conditioned two weeks. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Used 3 oz. by weight of cane sugar, boiled in two cups water. Gently stirred cooled solution into fermenting bucket for bottling. | |||||||
Tasting: | Aroma-English and fruity. Flavor-Great balance of hops and sweet malt, with a satisfying, roasty finish. Smooth like a pair of long legs. |
