Steep: | Place grains in grain bag and steep at 160°F for 45 minutes in 2.5 Gallons of water. Sparge (do not squeeze) with 0.5 Gallons of water at 170°F. |

Bring to a boil and add Alexander's Pale malt extract. Add 1tsp Irish Moss last 10 minutes of boil. |

Dissolve sugar into 1 pint of boiling water. cover and cool to room temperature and add to secondary. Gently swirl and allow to settle. Bottle. |
