Nice dark chocolate beer. Has a strong StarBucks coffee taste to it. Went over very well.

45 mins with hops + 10 mins with 1TSP Irish Moss + 5 mins with aroma hops = 60 mins. | ||||||||

Yeast: | BrewFerm Lager yeast standard starter. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.2 volumes | Keg: 8.6 psi @ 38°F | ||||||
I use quick carbonation method of rolling keg on my knees @ 28PSI. Start with 5 minutes then taste. May have to go as long as 10 minutes of rolling. | ||||||||
Tasting: | I just made this for the second time and added 4oz of ground French Vanilla cofffee beans. Not sure if that was a good idea, but will post here one way or another. |
