Alcohol: 6.7% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 10L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
6 oz. American chocolate
6 oz. American black patent
4 oz. Toasted barley
8 oz. Honey Malt
Steep: Add grains to cold water and steep @ 150° for 30 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast European Ale™ 1338
